Research-Informed EDI Practice

I am an EDI researcher and consultant with over eight years’ experience leading qualitative and participatory projects across the STEM, built environment and Net Zero sectors.

I specialise in working with underrepresented groups – including girls and young women, ethnic minority communities, and learners in SIMD areas – to ensure their experiences genuinely shape policy, programmes and practice. My work bridges research, policy and delivery: from school outreach and community workshops to strategic advice for universities, skills providers and industry partners.
